We use various professional couriers as our delivery carrier depending on the fastest availability. The products are aimed to be shipped from our warehouse in 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment and valid order. Our delivery options are:

Standard Shipping (2-7 Business Days) £3.99
Express Tracked Shipping (1-3 Business Days) £4.99
Shipping to Highlands, NI and Isles (5-8 business days) £6.99
We do not currently ship to EU countries, if you have placed an order, please contact us at wecare@inclusevcosmetics.com so we can confirm the shipping charges. Please note that there may be customs charges and we do not accept any responsibility. Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We are not responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within two working days of delivery of the items.

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days after the date of reception of your order. The products must be in their original packaging and in their original condition (i.e. unopened, undamaged, scratched). If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
Please send an e-mail to: wecare@inclusevcosmetics.com stating the reason for the return and we will be able to guide with return details.
Any costs of sending and returning items will be the responsibility of the buyer.
We aim to process the refund excluding any postage/carriage within 5 working days of the date of receipt of the item back to method of payment processed.
We reserve the right not to replace any item that has been damaged, as we will deem this acceptance of the goods. We are not liable for any loss earnings due to late, incorrect or lost deliveries.
